The crew of Classic Lifeguard is a fun-loving, brilliant and very skilled group of individuals. Each crew member brings something unique to the group creating an atmosphere of growth and learning. In combination with the spectacular geography it is truly a one of a kind experience.

We are always accepting applications for Flight RN and Flight Paramedic. Previous flight experience is not required. Weight limit is 195 pounds. All applicants should be in good physical condition. We have full-time and part-time positions and each employee is expected to work one shift per month. A shift is three consecutive days (72 hours). Our flight crew come from all over the country, Utah, Arizona, California, even from as far away as Florida to fly with us.

The following are requirements for each position:

Flight RN: Three years of recent experience in ER or ICU. RN's should have current ACLS, PALS, NRP and CPR certifications. The following certifications are desirable: CEN, CCRN, CFRN. 

Flight Paramedic: Three years of experience in a 911 EMS system. State Paramedic certification in Utah or Arizona is required, and NREMT-P helpful. Current ACLS, PALS, BTLS or PHTLS, CPR and NRP certifications.

We are seeking professional individuals who are confident in their skills. We fly critically ill and injured patients to trauma centers with very high expectations. Our flight times can be greater than one hour depending upon the scene location and closest appropriate facility. Public relation/people skills are a necessity. You will maintain a positive attitude and will most definitely have fun!
